Panormos holidays:
Panormos is another town in Crete. It is 22 kilometers east far from Rethymnon. From Rethymnon to Heraklion, it will take around twenty minute’s trip. Panormos is just a small village with some narrow streets. It is known as traditional fishing village. This is a very historical place as well, very interesting for all inclusive holidays. Here lies the famous Christian basilica of Agia Sofia. The basilica or church has three aisles, separated from one another. Just about 25 kilometers, you can also see and visit the archaeological site of Eleftherna.

Panormos has only two main beaches, but there is other little area where you can swim. During summer, Crete beaches are windy, so as Panormos is. There is a harbor in Panormos beach and it actually protects the swimmer from the wind. There are small beaches that are only five to ten minutes walk from the village of Panormos. You can also choose from the variety of hotels available in Panormos. There are hotels and apartments that are just on the seaside. There are bars also in front of the beaches. You can hire your beach bed and umbrellas while sipping on your mango juice for just €5!

You can eat nice Cretan and Greek food in a very good price!! . You have to choose the combination of the meal that you wanted. There are combo meals in the price of €15. If you got €30 worth, you have a meal for two, flavorful vino or beer and a dessert for two! This is good for a Cheap holidays treat.
