Gouvia is a town located outside of Corfu Town. In each beach, you can find bars and tavernas that will offer a great- tasting and fine dining as you swim while in picnic. You can choose between the Greece’s cuisine, Italian and Chinese cuisine. Most tavernas and bars will offer you a wide range of Greek’s delicacies. There are beach beds, beach umbrellas and showers found on the beach to complete your cheap holidays treat. There is also a speed boat for rent, Jet Ski and boat sails to another fine dining taverna. The beach is really a good and safe place to swim that is why you can have an overnight stay in the bay.

Located in the south portion of the beaches, can be seen some of the Gouvia’s ancestor’s tradition. There are numbers of stone arches here that is believed to be a part of Venetian shipyard. There is nothing more relatively explanation about this but if you’ll see the scene, you’ll just think of how artistic they were. There are many shops that can be found here as well. Supermarkets, souvenir store, ATM, etc are available. They also have fine and accommodating hotels here where you can stay and relax every after your long beach walk and sight seeing.
