Holidays in Morocco – Many colourful resorts to spend your holidays
The most well-known locations for holidays in Morocco are Marrakech and Fes, followed by Essaouira, Agadir, Casablanca and Tangier. Marrakech and Fes are not seaside resorts but are interesting locations in themselves and Marrakech is a stepping off point for trips into the Atlas Mountains. Moroccan life is colourful; you will be assailed by lively sights and sounds. In all areas you need to be aware and careful; Tangier and Casablanca have had reputations for light thievery of various kinds. It’s simple things like agreeing the price of your taxi before you begin your trip and sticking to that sum, just common sense. The seaside towns have lovely beaches; they can be a little windy because they abut the Atlantic but you will get long, hot sunny days which will be less stuffy than the inland towns as a result.
Morocco Holidays –Resort hotels set in amazing landscapes
Nightlife in Morocco is limited; if this is what you are going for during your holidays, you either need to check out your particular resort or go somewhere else. The range of hotels offered is extensive from ‘hotels du charme’ to big resort hotels set in beautiful green landscapes with large or multiple pools.
Morocco can be very hot in the summer which is why the seaside resorts sometimes have the edge at keeping the temperature to a comfortable limit. The winters are mild and worth considering for a different kind of break
