Getting to Costa Dorada:
Known as the Golden Coast or Coast of Gold, Costa Dorada has become an important tourism area in Spain. It is undoubtedly another favorite Spanish destination for
cheap holidays to experience. It lies beneath Barcelona, and stretches throughout the south of the
Costa Brava to Tarragona. The region is different from its northern neighbor, the Costa Brava. And the coastline is less rugged and with an endless miles golden beautiful sandy beaches. Towns are established around the old castle. Where the balances the ambience, of old and modern, natural and artificial are seen and found. The usual way of getting to Costa Dorada is by
Barcelona’s El Prat de Llobregat Airport, for it can offer many sorts of flight options at the comfort and expense of the tourist. The Reus Airport is also another alternative convenient option if a tourist is in the south of the coast. Both of these airports have reliable and convenient transfers based on their surrounding regions.
Taking the train is another way but it’s not convenient compared to a plane, but its great way to travel by land. Regular trains service the coast from Madrid’s Atocha Station, and there is a coastal line connecting the main towns. This makes the travel to
Costa Dorada more efficient and even less expensive.
Buses are a different option but it’s not completely reliable and can even be uncomfortable depending on various situations. But the only advantage to a bus is that it provides tours, especially to the surrounding resorts. And it’s also another way of getting to Costa Dorada with an even lesser expense for a tourist to have.
